Joshua D. Schein is a Los Angeles native. Mr. Schein earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Schein then received his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. During law school, Mr. Schein was the winner of the UCLA Roscoe Pound Moot Court Competition, a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and a member of the UCLA Law National Moot Court team.
Mr. Schein began his career with the New York office of Latham & Watkins as a business litigator. After leaving Latham & Watkins , Mr. Schein joined the Los Angeles litigation department of Glaser Weil. During his years practicing with Glaser Weil, Mr. Schein handled high-end business and entertainment litigation, including a high-profile arbitration representing a major international talent agency and a two-week long trial which resulted in a full defense verdict for the employer client. Mr. Schein has extensive experience in law and motion and complex depositions and discovery.
Mr. Schein joined RosenSaba, LLP, in 2014. Mr. Schein represents a wide range of clients from large corporate entities to individuals in business, entertainment, employment, and consumer litigation.
Mr. Schein also has given Certified Legal Education lectures in employment and social media law. Mr. Schein has twice been a speaker for the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, and was the closing speaker for the 2015 LAPA annual conference.
Mr. Schein is admitted to practice law in California and New York. Mr. Schein is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
