OVERVIEW
Allison’s practice primarily consists of representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, employment, professional malpractice, and business litigation matters. Prior to joining Rosen
Saba, Allison worked for a prominent plaintiff’s firm where she represented individuals and public entities injured by civil rights abuses, environmental contamination, product defects and other wrongful conduct.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in Law School, Allison served as a Senior Editor of The Journal of the Legal Profession and a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. Allison also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
- Settled a $9.5 million wrongful death matter on behalf of decedent’s children after their father was struck by a vehicle (2025)
- Member of the trial team that obtained a unanimous verdict in the amount of $62,054,745 for claims against a former employee who took confidential information in order to start a competing business (This was the largest Business Litigation Jury Verdict in the State of California in 2023)
