OVERVIEW

Laura joined Rosen“RosenSaba in 2020. Laura has extensive experience in representing clients in complex business matters including unfair competition, unfair business practices, breach of contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets along with other intellectual property-based claims.  She has also defended professional liability matters against corporate directors and officers, real estate brokers and insurance brokers, and providing insurance coverage opinions.  She also has appellate experience in briefing professional liability issues.

Laura earned her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2008 with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 2004.

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

  • Laura was part of the team that unanimously won a jury trial in the amount of $62,054,745 for a claim against a former employee who took confidential information in order to start a competing business (2023)
