Kailin’s practice primarily focuses on business litigation, personal injury, and professional malpractice matters. Prior to joining RosenSaba, Kailin worked at a boutique law firm specializing in the defense of complex corporate litigation involving a wide range of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, healthcare litigation, agency liability, toxic torts, product liability, environmental health and safety compliance, and other business and professional services matters. Her experience also includes cases involving allegations of corporate governance failures and corporate malfeasance.

Kailin has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including law and motion practice, complex discovery matters, depositions, and trial. She has also successfully represented clients at settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
